CeeJay Joseph is an award winning actor, emcee/host and a proud member of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists). He is widely recognized for his recurring co-star role as Principal Sam Heaney on The CW's hit series Walker, starring Jared Padalecki during its 4-season run, which is now streaming on HBO Max.

CeeJay's diverse portfolio includes appearances in numerous projects, such as commercials for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, A&W Restaurant, Don McGill Toyota, and Raytheon, as well as television features like Dr. G: Medical Examiner and a campaign for the Washington Nationals. He currently has a proof-of-concept sci-fi short film ‘ReveЯ’, that he is co-lead in and producer on and its an official selection at the Denton Black Film Festival. Additionally, CeeJay showcased his versatility with his portrayal of multiple characters in the stage play ‘Heaven Sent’ and he is Lead Actor and Executive Producer on the proof-of-concept short film ‘RockHill’ which is currently in post-production and based on a true story from the book In Search of the Truth. 

Beyond his on-screen and theatrical stage work, CeeJay is the owner of Cee & Hear Productions, LLC, a Veteran-owned production company committed to delivering exceptional services in acting, producing, voiceover work, video creation/editing, and emcee/hosting & auctioneer services to bring clients' creative visions to life. He was honored to co-host and co-produce two seasons of a local radio show, Putting You Back Together Again.

CeeJay Joseph has served as Master of Ceremonies and Celebrity Auctioneer for numerous high-profile, mission-driven, and corporate events. His emcee credits include the NiJaes Makes Ways 3rd Annual G.I.F.T.S. for Ways Fundraiser Gala, an inspiring evening supporting individuals and families in need while providing scholarships to students in underserved communities; the BizX 2025 Two-Day Conference by ActionCOACH and Awards Banquet, one of the year’s largest regional business conferences and recognition events; and the Fort Bend Family Promise 5th Annual Celebrity Waiter Dinner, where he returned for a fifth consecutive year to support families experiencing homelessness. As a Celebrity Auctioneer, CeeJay helped raise critical funds for local community initiatives through spirited live auctions and an energetic paddle raise at Patrons in the Park of Bellaire, and supported breast cancer awareness and survivor empowerment as the live auctioneer for SurviveHER’s 5th Annual Soirée.

CeeJay Joseph has been recognized and entrusted with key leadership and adjudicative roles within the arts, labor, and advocacy communities. He was honored by Nexus Film Academy for excellence in Acting, Theater, and Hosting, and selected as a SAG-AFTRA Short Film Judge, reviewing and scoring works by emerging filmmakers. CeeJay also served as Chair of the SAG-AFTRA Houston–Austin Local Election Committee, overseeing fair, transparent, and effective union election proceedings. Additionally, he is Co-Chair of the Honoree Committee for the Texas Black Legacy Foundation, helping to recognize and celebrate Texas legends in sports and community leadership. Furthering his commitment to industry advocacy, CeeJay hosted Lone Star Letters at Houston Media Source, organizing a statewide letter-writing campaign to Texas legislators in support of Senate Bill 22, in partnership with the Texas Media Production Alliance, to strengthen incentives for film and television production across Texas.
